Submitting To The
WHS Website Gallery
Step #1
Each WHS artist member chooses two high quality, 800X600
pixel JPEG images to submit to the WHS Gallery by e-mail submission. If
the image is irregularly shaped, ensure the size of the file. The
largest dimension needs to be less than 800 pixels (for example
800X500, 800X450, etc.) Digital images are highly preferred,
but 35 mm slides may be submitted if digital images are
not available.
Step #2
Include information to go with each image including artist name,
title of painting, size, medium and
description of the piece.
Step#3
Include a brief biography or artist
statement (not more than two
paragraphs) and your personal
e-mail and/or website link. WHS
will be able to reciprocally link our
WHS website with our member’s
profile.
Step #4
If you have submitted slides,
enclose a self-addressed stamped
envelope for return of slides.
Step #5:
E-mail your images and all
accompanying information to: patrick@allegroassociates.net
or
Mail your two slides and information and
SASE to:
WHS Gallery
